Government of Saudia Arabia has set some of the requirements which must be fulfilled in order to get a job by a professional company there. 

One of the requirement is to get your higher educational documents attested from Saudi Culture & Saudi Embassy. Make sure that Saudi Culture Attestation is done only for Higher degrees varying from Graduation (Bachelor/ UnderGraduate) , Master (PostGraduate) & PhD (Doctorate). Fellowship and higher diplomas after graduation are also valid for Saudi Culture Attestation.
Saudi Culture Attestation was revised in June 2024. Now the new Attestation is not in the form of any kind of Stamp , signature or sticker. 

It has been replaced with a letter issued by Saudi Culture which has all of your details like Passport Number, Date of Birth, Name and Degree Details are mentioned on it. A QR Code is also present above the letter so that you can verify your data.

Once your degree is done from Saudi Culture then it is then forwarded to Saudi Embassy. Once Saudi Embassy is done then Saudi Culture Attestation process for your degree will be completed.

Requirements for saudi culture attestation

Following documents which are mentioned below are required for Saudi Culture Attestation:

  • Degree (Original).
  • Transcript(Original).
  • Passport (Colour Copy).
  • Pakistani ID Card (Colour Copy).
  • Regular letter from university/college(Original).
  • Degree verification fee slip(Copy).
  • For married female send marriage certificate with documents(Copy).
  • Agreement Letter / Contract Letter / Job Offer Letter (Original).
  • Your name must be same in all documents(Degree, Passport, Id card, Agreement Letter / Contract Letter / Job Offer Letter).

IMPORTQANT RULES FOr attestation from saudi culture

Saudi Culture follows some important rules and regulations which are mentioned below:

  • The Degree of which you want Saudi Culture Attestation Must be previously attested from HEC(Higher Education Commision) & MOFA(Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
  • After your case is submitted to Saudi Culture will send an email to university. You have to reply that email from the University. It is not our responsibility. After reply your case is approved from Culture & is forwarded to Embassy.
  • If you want Saudi Culture Attestation services for your MASTER’S DEGREE then first you’ll need to get your BACHELOR’S DEGREE attested from Saudi Culture. Afterwards it will attest your MASTER’S DEGREE.
  • After new rules for Saudi Culture Attestation, fees have been revised from 10th June, 2024. Due to new revised fees of Saudi Culture, the payment required for Saudi Culture Attestation should be paid in advance. Fees for Saudi Culture are non-refundable.
  • Saudi Culture only attests degrees of regular students. So if you have a private degree then it should not be submitted for Saudi Culture Attestation.  Private degrees (like degree of Virtual University) are not attested from Saudi Culture.
    All the copies of documents should be scanned from a proper scanner(only colored copy). No black and white copy or mobile scanned documents are allowed.
  • The name of the applicant should be same on each document. It should be the same on Degree , Transcript, Regular Letter, Agreement Letter / Contract Letter / Job Offer Letter, ID Card & Passport.
